A problem with ZitoMedia brought CoudyNews.com offline and frustrated area residents this evening.
ZitoMedia customer service reported that they were experiencing technical difficulties with both phone and telephone services for the towns of Austin, Coudersport, DuBois, Emporium, Johsonburg, St. Marys, and Treasure Lake.
The network problems became noticeable sometime after 6 pm this evening and resulted in a total loss of service sometime around 7 pm.
Shortly after 9 pm service was restored here in the Coudersport area.
