* HAZARD TYPES… SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS… 4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW ALONG WITH LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE ACCUMULATION.

* TIMING… SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE INTO WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. A BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN OR PLAIN RAIN IS POSSIBLE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS… DANGEROUS TRAVEL… ALONG WITH POSSIBLE POWER OUTAGES.

* WINDS… SOUTH AT 5 TO 10 MPH TURNING TO THE EAST AND THEN NORTH TONIGHT. WEDNESDAY… EXPECT THE WIND TO INCREASE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST TO 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
