* LOCATIONS…THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF PENNSYLVANIA.

* HAZARD TYPES…HEAVY SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS…8 TO 12 INCHES OF SNOW.

* TIMING…SNOW WILL BEGIN DURING THE MID-DAY HOURS ON WEDNESDAY
AND CONTINUE HEAVY AT TIMES INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE SNOW WILL
TAPER TO SNOW SHOWERS LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS…HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS. ISOLATED
POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE DUE TO THE HEAVY SNOW WHICH MAY
BUILD UP ON POWER LINES OR TREES.

* WINDS…NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES…IN THE MID 20S.
