WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW CHANGING TO MIXED PRECIPIATION AND THEN 
ALL RAIN...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 AM EST 
FRIDAY. 

* LOCATIONS...NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA 

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW...MIXING WITH AND CHANGING TO RAIN BY 7AM 
FRIDAY. BRIEF FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE OVER POTTER AND MCKEAN 
COUNTIES BETWEEN 4AM AND 7AM. 

* ACCUMULATIONS...RANGING FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES OVER NORTHERN CLINTON 
AND NORTHERN LYCOMING TO 3 TO 5 INCHES ACROSS NORTHERN MCKEAN 
AND NORTHERN POTTER COUNTIES. 

* TIMING...SNOW DEVELOPING LATE THIS EVENING...AND CONTINUING 
THROUGH THE PRE DAWN HOURS...MIXING WITH RAIN/FREEZING RAIN BY 4 
AM AND CHANGING TO ALL RAIN BY 7A M. 

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED AND SLIPPERY ROADS...THIN BRIEF COATING 
OF ICE ON UNTREATED SURFACES BEFORE DAWN.
