* TIMING…AREAS OF FREEZING RAIN WILL SPREAD NORTH OF THE MARYLAND BORDER AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80 AFTER SUNRISE SATURDAY MORNING.
