York County Tornado Confirmed
1 min readThe National Weather Service has confirmed an EF1 tornado in York County this morning.
Officials from the National Weather Service in State College said the tornado touched down at approximately 6 am this morning near the Roundtop Mountain Ski Resort in York County.
The twister was responsible for taking down a swath of trees and even lifting a motorist’s vehicle off the ground.
NWS officials are now in Palmyra attempting to confirm another a possible tornado.
