A Montgomery County, Pa. teen is barely old enough to vote, but has his sights set on becoming a county commissioner.
Nate Webster is just 18 years old. He’s been behind other politician’s campaigns before, but this time around he’s the one running for office.
The Lower Salford teenager is planning to run for Montgomery County commissioner as a democrat next year. His decision to run comes from what Webster sees as the current commissioner’s failure to work together in a bipartisan manner. He has yet to talk to party leaders, but believes the public will support him no matter what age he is:
