2 – 5 Inches of Snow Possible Through Tuesday
1 min readTwo to five inches of snow is expected across our reading area through Tuesday evening as cold air continues to rush across the Great Lakes, bringing with it lake effect snow and blustery conditions.
Motorists are cautioned to be prepared for snow squalls, which can drastically reduce visibility within seconds. Winds are expected at 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until noon on Tuesday for Potter, Clearfield, Elk, and Cameron counties. A Lake Effect Snow Warning is in effect for McKean and Warren counties until 7:00 pm Tuesday.
