300 Pot Plants Seized in Allegany County

ALLEGANY CO., NY – Kevin Kopinak, 35, of Wirt, and David Burch, 22, of Almond, were both arrested on charges of Unlawfully Growing Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Police say Kopinak had 128 pot plants growing on his property and Burch had 164 pot plants growing on his property and in his home.

Both men are due to appear back in court later this month.
