82-Yr-Old Galeton Man Arrested on Weapon Charges
1 min readWEST BRANCH – Eighty-two-year-old Harman W. Gilbert, of Galeton, PA, faces charges that he illegally possessed and carried a firearm.
State Police say on August 31, 2010, they investigated a traffic accident in which Gilbert was involved.
According to police, a subsequent investigation revealed that Gilbert had illegally possessed a handgun.
On Wednesday, January 26, 2011, police arrested Gilbert on two felony weapon counts.
Gilbert was taken to District Judge Delores G. Bristol’s courtroom, where he was arraigned, and released on his own recognizance.
