Man Charged With Possession of Marijuana at Potato City Inn

SWEDEN TWP. – State Police report that on October 25 at 2:36 pm, they served an arrest warrant at the Potato City Inn on Route 6 in Sweden Township.

Upon execution of th warrant, Robert J. Morris, 18, no address given, was placed under arrest after it was found that he was in possession of a small amount of Marijuana and related drug paraphernalia.

Morris was charged in District Judge Annette Easton’s courtroom with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana for Personal Use, and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernaila, both Misdemeanors. He was arraigned and released on $2,500 unsecured bail. A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for November 4 at 1:30 pm.
