Coudersport Man Charged With DUI

COUDERSPORT – James MacCartney, 66, of Coudersport, PA will be charged with Driving Under the Influence and related summary offenses for an incident that occurred on November 17 at 7:10 pm in Sweden Township.
Police say they received a call for a suspicious vehicle parked near an unoccupied camp. Upon arrival at the scene, the suspicious vehicle began to drive off. Police initiated a traffic stop and subsequently found MacCartney to be DUI.
He will face charges in District Court 55-3-01.
