NY Woman DUI When She Crashed Car with 3-Year-Old Passenger

Woman sent to jail with no bail following accident

CASSADAGA, NY – Samantha Hallett, 37, of Cassadaga, NY, was arrested and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail with no bail following an accident last night.

At around 6:30 pm emergency personnel responded to the accident scene on the South Stockton Cassadaga Road. Hallett, who had a 3-year-old passenger in her vehicle, traveled off the roadway and landed in a ditch. Hallett was allegedly intoxicated at the time of the crash.

She was charged with Felony DWI and Endangering the Welfare of a Child among several other charges.
