* AT 842 PM EST DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO FALL ACROSS THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF PENNSYLVANIA. DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS ANOTHER…LARGER AREA OF HEAVY RAIN SPREADING NORTHEAST FROM THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY INTO WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA. THIS AREA OF RAIN WILL OVERSPREAD THE ALLEGHENY PLATEAU BY 11 PM AND REACH THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS AFTER MIDNIGHT. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY THROUGH LATE TONIGHT…AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD FRONT. LOCALLY UP TO 3 INCHES OF NEW RAIN COULD FALL OVERNIGHT ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA.
