Fugitive Surrenders to Coudersport State Police
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – State Police report that on December 10, Cody Allan Kibbe, of Genesee, PA, reported to the Coudersport State Police barracks at the request of his parole officer, Mark Johnson.
Kibbe is wanted in Allegany, NY, for the Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.
He was arraigned in front of Delores G. Bristol and was remanded to the Potter County jail without bail.
