Downstate Man Arrested for DUI, Marijuana Possession in Sweden Valley

SWEDEN TWP. – Police say a Tremont, PA man was arrested on charges of DUI(Controlled Substance) , Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia, following a traffic stop in Sweden Valley.

27-year-old Benjamin I. Imbody, was discovered to be in possession of baggies of suspected marijuana, suspected marijuana cigarettes, bowls containing suspected marijuana, and several items of related paraphernalia, after a traffic stop was initiated by State Police on December 30 on Route 6.

Imbody faces a Preliminary Hearing scheduled for February 17 at 11:30 am in District Judge Annette Easton’s courtroom.
