Emporium Man Escapes Injury Following Dutch Hill Road Crash
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – An Emporium man escaped injury after a crash that occurred on the Dutch Hill Road in Eulalia Township on January 8 at 10:15 am.
State Police say 20-year-old Christopher J. Stuart was traveling Northbound on the Dutch Hill Road, when he lost control of his 1991 Plymouth Acclaim while negotiating a right curve in the roadway.
Christopher’s vehicle then traveled across the opposing lane of traffic and off the roadway before striking a culvert on the Western side of the road. As a result of the impact, his vehicle suffered disabling damage.
Stuart, who was wearing a seatbelt, was uninjured in the accident.
He will be charged with failing to drive at a safe speed.
Fire Police from the Coudersport Volunteer Fire Department assisted with traffic control at the scene of the crash.
