First Of Three Free Energy Savings Workshops Thursday

Steps that can be taken to reduce electric bills will be shared during a free workshop being held at three locations. Participants will learn how to reduce energy consumption for heating and air conditioning, how to effectively use insulation, and other techniques. Those who have learned the techniques in previous workshops have seen their utility bills reduced by as much as 25 percent. Sessions are scheduled at the Potter County Education Council offices from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm as follows:  Thursday, Jan. 20, Coudersport; Thursday, Feb. 24,  Galeton; and Thursday, March 24, Port Allegany.
