COUDERSPORT – According to court documents, charges of Stalking and Harassment have been filed in District Judge Annette Easton’s courtroom against Shannon M. Rader, 34, of Coudersport, by Coudersport police officer Jim Collins.
Rader is listed as a ‘Sexually Violent Predator’ according to the PA Megan’s Law website.
It’s about time, he’s been running around Coudersport, hanging out at the library and around kids. I hope they lock him away.
