Emporium Woman Charged with Harassment
1 min readEMPORIUM – An Emporium woman was charged with Harassment following an incident that occurred on January 13, 2011 on Elmwood Drive in Emporium.
Evelyn M. Hooftallen, 33, is accused of shoving Angela Major, 25, of Emporium.
Court records indicate this is the fourth time since 2006 that Hooftallen will face District Judge Alvin H. Brown on charges of Harassment.
In 2006 Brown dismissed Harassment and Disorderly Conduct charges lodged against Hooftallen. In 2007 she was found not guilty of Harassment in Judge Brown’s courtroom. Then, in 2009, Judge Brown found her guilty of Harassment.
Hooftallen will again face District Judge Alvin H. Brown on these latest charges.
