PHILADELPHIA (AP) – March 24, 2011 (WPVI) — The National Weather Service has confirmed that a tornado was responsible for destroying about 30 homes and badly damaging about 60 more in western Pennsylvania, though experts are still trying to assess how strong the storm was.
