Coudersport Man Arrested on NY Warrant

COUDERSPORT – A Coudersport man is behind bars, after Troopers arrested him on a warrant from Wellsville, NY.

State Police say on April 30 at 3:30 am, 18-year-old Cody J. Thomas was arrested in front of Zito Media on Main Street, after he was found to be in an intoxicated state. After making contact with Thomas, police discovered he was wanted in Wellsville, NY for charges of Criminal Trespass.

Thomas was arraigned in front of District Judge Annette Easton and remanded to the Potter County Jail on charges of Arrest Prior to Requisition.
