‘HIV Predator’ Back in Court Today

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Western New York’s so-called HIV predator will be back in court Monday, fighting for his freedom.

Nushawn Williams’ civil confinement trial is expected to begin, Monday.

Williams has completed his prison term, but prosecutors say he should remain locked up, claiming he’s still a threat to society.

Williams infected more than a dozen young women with the AIDS virus back in the 1990’s.
