Portville Man Moderately Injured in Potter County Crash

SHARON TWP. – A Portville, NY man suffered moderate injuries in a crash on Herringtown Road near Shinglehouse, Tuesday, June 7.

Police say 20-year-old William M. Sheffer was traveling southbound, when his 1998 Mazda Protege left the roadway and impacted two trees.

Sheffer, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered moderate injuries and was transported by Shinglehouse Ambulance for treatment.

Police say an investigation into the crash continues.
