Shinglehouse Man Assaulted
SHINGLEHOUSE – Police say a Shinglehouse man was assaulted on Saturday at approximately 3:00pm. The incident took place at Academy Park in the Borough.
Police say 43-year-old William J. Carpentar was shoved to the ground and punched several times by an unidentified assailant. The assault caused several noticeable injuries.
Police say the assailant will be charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment in District Court 55-4-01.
