Downstate Couple Charged after Pounding on Camp Door

WEST BRANCH TWP. – A Denver, PA couple has been charged by State Police with summary harassment and criminal trespass as the result of an incident that took place just after midnight on June 3.

Police say Hope L. Rottund, age 37, and Brandon G. Rottund, age 41, went to a camp owned by a 25-year-old Northumberland woman and proceeded to pound on her door with the intent of harassing her.

Police say the couple also walked around the woman’s property after being told to leave.

The pair will face summary charges in District Judge Delores G. Bristol’s courtroom.
