Rubbish Scattered along Brookland Road in Ulysses Township
1 min readULYSSES TWP. – State Police in Coudersport say they are investigating an incident in which household refuse was scattered along the Brookland Road in Ulysses Township.
Police say the rubbish was scattered on property belonging to 65-year-old Kenneth Wingo, of Ulysses, sometime between July 7 at noon and July 10 at 1:06 pm.
The trash was thrown in a small river in an area known as Buckcellar Hollow.
