Pennsylvania Amber Alert

The Pennsylvania State Police has issued an Amber Child Abduction Alert for the University of Pennsylvania Police Department.

The University of Pennsylvania Police Department is searching for a newborn black male child, 2 days old, who is in need of medical attention. The child was taken from the University of Pennsylvania Hospital at approximately noon today. The child was wearing a diaper and one piece outfit. An alarm sensor was attached to the child’s umbilical cord.

The child was taken by Tonya Dixon, a black female, 39 years of age, last seen wearing cream colored pants, a yellow shirt, black jacket, and long black wig. Dixon left with the child in a silver Dodge 4 door sedan that was operated by another unidentified individual.

Anyone with information about the abduction should immediately contact the police by calling 911.
