Harrison Valley Man Charged with Harassment

HARRISON TWP. – Donald Stephen, 49, of Harrison Valley, will be charged with summary harassment after he allegedly threatened and attempted to strike a known 16-year-old male

The incident allegedly took place on School Street in Harrison Valley, just after midnight on September 1.

Stephen will be charged in District Court 55-4-03.
