MUMFORD, NY (WIVB) – Several explosions have rocked a propane supplier in a small town near Rochester and homes and businesses within a mile of the business have been evacuated.
Authorities tell local media that the fire erupted Tuesday afternoon in the village of Mumford, 20 miles southwest of Rochester. They say firefighters were ordered to back up to around 1,000 feet of the building after a series of explosions.
