Coudersport Man Charged with Public Drunkenness
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – State Police have charged a 43-year-old Michael Osborne, of Coudersport, with public drunkenness after he was allegedly seen walking along the fog line of Route 6 near the Northwoods Tavern on September 20 at 12:46 a.m.
At least he was WALKING and NOT DRIVING !!!
