Corbett Signs Bill into Law Restricting Teen Drivers

Legislation designed to improve safety and training for Pennsylvania’s teen drivers has been signed into law by Governor Corbett. Sponsor of the bill, Rep. Kathy Watson (R-Bucks), said this is a big step to help prepare young drivers for the challenges they will encounter on Pennsylvania roads. Mike Davies reports.
