Roulette Woman Victim of Burglary, Identity Theft

ROULETTE – A Roulette woman has been listed as the victim of identity theft and burglary, according to a news release issued by State Police in Coudersport.

Police say they are investigating a burglary at the home of 60-year-old Mary Ellen Cornelius, of Fishing Creek Road, which took place sometime between October 27 – 31. Approximately 20 pieces of antique glassware were allegedly stolen during the break-in.

In another matter, Cornelius is listed as the victim of identity theft involving an account at the First National Bank of Port Allegany which occurred sometime between September 6 and October 31.

Police say an investigation continues and they are asking anyone with information regarding either incident to contact them at 814-274-8690.
