Mental Health Call Results in Paraphernalia Charges

SWEDEN TWP. – A Coudersport teenager is facing drug paraphernalia charges as the result of a mental health investigation.

State Police say 19-year-old Jonah Rushmore of Coudersport faces charges after they were called to his East Second Street home on December 4.

Police say several items of drug paraphernalia were observed in plain view within the Rushmore’s bedroom while conducting their investigation.

As a result, Rushmore will be charged in District Court 55-3-01.
