Juvenile Arrested after Northern Potter vs. Port Allegany Volleyball Game
1 min readULYSSES – A Northern Potter female student was arrested for simple assault following an altercation in the locker room at Northern Potter High School on October 6.
Police say the girl in question was upset after a loss to Port Allegany. She is accused of pushing through a group of Port Allegany students who were sharing the same locker room, causing a physical confrontation in which two Port Allegany students suffered minor injuries.
State Police say the arrest has been handled administratively and no formal charges will be filed. The girl was disciplined through the school system.
