Pittsburgh Priest Indicted on Child Porn Charges
PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh Catholic priest has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges he possessed child pornography.
Rev. Bartley Sorenson was arrested last month after a search of his church office and residence allegedly turned up thousands of images of child pornography on his computer, along with discs, books and photo albums.
Authorities were originally informed of the matter after a church employee reported seeing the priest viewing child pornography.
