Coudersport Man Charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
1 min readSHINGLEHOUSE – Matthew A. Gutshall, age 21, will be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in District Court 55-4-01.
Police say Gutshall was found to be in possession of the drug paraphernalia by agents from the Potter County Probation Department on January 4.
