Lampman Sentenced to Jail in Cocaine Trafficking Case

COUDERSPORT – Gregory D. Lampman, 51, of Ulysses, PA has been sentenced in Potter County court for his role in a multi-million dollar cocaine trafficking ring that stretched from the streets of New Jersey to Potter and Allegany counties.

Lampman was sentenced last Wednesday to serve 11 1/2 to 23 1/2 months in jail, 5 years of probation and fined $5,000. He was also ordered to perform 50 hours of community service, participate in AA and/or NA meetings, subject to DNA testing, and take part in the Potter County DUI Victim Impact Panel Presentation.

Lampman was granted work-release eligibility after 60 days.

The case was specially prosecuted by Senior Deputy Attorney General Patrick Leonard of the Attorney General’s Drug Strike Force Section. Lampman was represented by attorney Stephen Banik, of Wellsboro. Potter County Judge Stephen Minor heard the case.
