Coudersport Man Charged with DUI

COUDERSPORT – Kenneth J. Ruter, 51, of Coudersport, will face DUI charges as the result of a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 872 and Route 6 on January 19.

State Police say they stopped Ruter for improper display of registration plates and subsequently found him to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

Ruter was taken into custody and later released, pending charges.
