Photos from Rt. 49 MVA

The following photos of the rollover MVA today on Rt. 49 at the top of the hill before Risser’s farm were sent in by a reader.

Both passengers were able to free themselves from the vehicle, but at least one patient was transported to Charles Cole Memorial Hospital.

Police say that Tonya Crosson, 31, of Coudersport lost control of her vehicle, slid across the roadway, and hit an embankment before rolling over. Crosson was accompanied by a male juvenile passenger. Neither occupant was wearing safety belts, and both suffered minor injuries.

Crosson will be charged with Not Driving Vehicle at a Safe Speed and two counts of Not Wearing Safety Restraints.
