COUDERSPORT – Charles Cole Memorial Hospital has announced the following upcoming events:
- February 17 – Osteoporosis Heel Screenings from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Charles Cole MemorialHospital Women’s HealthCenter in Coudersport. The cost is $10. Call 814-274-8200 to register.
- February 18 – Free Oral & Skin Cancer Screenings from 7:30-9:30 a.m. at The PattersonCancerCareCenter at CharlesColeMemorialHospital. Call 814-274-8200 for an appointment.
- February 22 – Free Mammograms will be offered for uninsured / underinsured women 40 and over at the Women’s HealthCenter at CharlesColeMemorialHospital. The screenings are funded by the Twin Tiers Affiliate Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Call 274-8200 to schedule your mammogram.
- February Exercise Classes – Bootcamp/Zumba variety sessions, Tuesdays & Thursdays 12-1 p.m.; Zumba Mondays & Wednesdays 5-6 p.m.; Combo exercises, Tuesdays 5-6 p.m.; Silver Sneakers, Mondays & Wednesdays 1-2 p.m. and Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-10 a.m. at the Wellness Center at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital. - Cancer Support Group third Monday of each month, 7 p.m. at The Patterson Cancer Care Center at CharlesColeMemorialHospital.
- Hospice Clinic every other Wednesday, 1-3 p.m., Home Health and Hospice at CharlesColeMemorialHospital. For details call 274-0384.
- Grief Connection bereavement support group, fourth Tuesday of each month, 7 p.m., Champion Orthopedics at CharlesColeMemorialHospital.
- Weight Loss Support Group each Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the CharlesColeMemorialHospitalEmporiumWellnessCenter. Free to members. Non-members pay $5.00 which includes the meeting, exercise class following the meeting and work out on the equipment that day. For details call Carol at 486-1321.
