Wade Justin Tubbs to be Charged
1 min readOn Sunday, 3-11-12, at 10:50 p.m. Wade Tubbs, 56, of Fox Hill Road in Harrison Valley struck the victim, a 52 year old female, during an argument at that address. Harassment charges will be filed against him at District Court 55-4-03 Galeton.
