Kim E. Funck Accused of DUI

Trooper Delp reports that on 3/24/2012 at 10:50 pm the PSP initiated a traffic stop at SR6 near Dingman Run Road in Coudersport Borough.  During the stop Kim Eugene Funck, 57, of Elizabethtown, PA was determined to be DUI.  The accused will be charged via criminal complaint in District Court 55-3-01 as follows:

• VC3802(A)-Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Other Controlled Substance-M-1 count
• VC3802(C)-Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Other Controlled Substance-M-1 count
• VC3309(A)-Roadways Laned For Traffic-S-1 count
• VC3714(A)-Careless Driving-S-1 count
• VC6308(A)-Investigation by Police Officers-S-1 count
