Harassment in Morris Run

Trooper Aaron M. Messner of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 3-25-2012 at 3:39 PM he investigated an incident of harassment which occurred in Hamilton Township, Tioga County.  The incident occurred as Accused Number 2, Ruth Vail, 20, of Morris Run, PA, struck Accused 1, Jeremy Lloyd, 23, of Morris Run, PA, in the face three times after an argument.  Accused 1 then threw Accused 2 on the floor.  Both to be cited before Magisterial District Court 04-3-03 with one count of summary harassment.
