Towner Crash

Investigator Gerg of the Coudersport PSP reports that on 3-28-2012 at 11 AM he investigated a crash.  Kandice J. Towner, 26, of Bradford was driving southbound along Dutch Hill Road when she lost control of her 2008 Ford Escape and exited the western side of the roadway, striking a ditch.  Her vehicle then flipped onto its left side and struck a tree with the front end.  The Escape came to final rest on its left side facing in a western direction.  Towner had to be extricated from the vehicle by mechanical device.  She suffered unknown injuries and was transported to CCMH by ambulance.  She was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.  She will be charged with Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
