Dubeck Dumps on Society
1 min readTrooper Delp of the Coudersport PSP reports that between November 2011 and 04-06-12 someone scattered rubbish along Reed Run Road approximately 2 miles north of Keating Township. Society is the victim. Martin Eugene Dubeck, 33, of 19 Sherman Street, Bradford is accused of dumping household garbage over an embankment. He will be cited for one summary count of scattering rubbish in District Court 55-4-01.
