Deadline Friday For Heating Bill Assistance

Pennsylvania’s Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) will continue accepting applications for the 2011-12 home heating season until Friday, April 13. Cash grants are awarded based on household income, family size, type of heating fuel and region. Crisis grants are also available. Applications will be available at local utility companies, community agencies and the Potter County Assistance Office (274-4900).
