Ryan Martin Charged with Harassment

Trooper Derrick Watters of the Coudersport PSP reports that on 4-18-12 at 1730 hours Ryan Martin, 40, of Sweden Hill Road in Ulysses was charged with Harassment after an altercation with a known female victim, 65.  He grabbed the victim by the arms and pushed her against the wall and smashed a pack of cigarettes in her face.
