DEP Secretary Krancer to Host Laboratory Tour for Earth Week

Harrisburg – In honor of Earth Week, DEP Secretary Mike Krancer will host a tour of the Department of Environmental Protection’s nationally accredited laboratory at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 23, in Harrisburg.

Students from Harrisburg University will join Krancer for the tour that will highlight the many career opportunities available in environmental sciences. Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at lab operations as well as DEP’s emergency response, radiation protection and air quality monitoring vehicles.

Parking is available onsite.
