Bintliff Jr. DUI

Trooper Daniel Spath of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 4-21-12 at 0055 hours he initiated a lawful traffic stop on Limerick Lane at Mann Hill Road, Tioga Township, Toga County, where Richard James Bintliff, Jr. of Millerton, PA was found to be in possession of and under the influence of a controlled substance.  Bintliff Jr. was taken into custody and transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital where he consented to a legal blood draw.  He will be charged with DUI, Act 64 violations and associated traffic violations.  Charges will be filed at 04-3-03.
